Welcome to the Lucid Dreaming School Lesson 2 – Explore Flying. This is a guided meditation on how to lucid dream and start flying in your dream tonight. Use this recording in the following way. Put an alarm in the morning 2 hours before you plan to wake up. Then play this recording on a low volume and head back to sleep. After 20 minutes my voice will come in and gently guide your subconscious to become lucid. The track contains a 432Hz based theta (4hz) binaural beat that further induces a REM sleep phase. Preferably lie on your back and relax as much as you can.
Important: Set the intention to have a lucid dream and to fly while dreaming for yourself and don’t give up if it doesn’t work out the first time you try it. Sometimes you won’t be able to fall asleep again, sometimes you won’t dream but eventually you will get there. Give it a couple of tries. Enjoy the flight!
